Dr. James ANTWI

Profile

Dr. James Antwi is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years’ experience in information technology, project management, monitoring and evaluation. He worked for the State of Ohio Treasury for 10 years as a senior systems programmer and an IT operations manager. James was a lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) for 6 years.

James has built capacity for over 1500 government officials from Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Gambia, and Senegal. He has provided technical assistance, mentoring and coaching to several NGOs and other civil service organizations in their effort to build and sustain M&E systems. James has developed capacity building plans, managed capacity building projects and conducted impact evaluations. James has co-authored seven articles in peer reviewed journals including the Journal of Finance and Economics, Journal of Research in Business, Economics and Management, International Journal of Economics and Finance, and Journal of Financial Research.
